Principe Corsini “Don Tommaso” Chianti Classico 2005
Matt's take: Although I'm not a Chianti lover, I was pleasantly surprised by this wine. It has a medium body, is very smooth and has a significant amount of sediment. I enjoyed a glass, then put it in the fridge for a day. After reopening it, it was just as tasty.

Principe Corsini “Le Corti” Chianti Classico 2005
Matt's take: Wow! This wine has given me a new appreciation for Italian wine. This one will be in my cellar from now on. Smooth as smooth can be with plum and oak. Phenomenal!

Champagne Henriot Brut Rose
Matt's take: By far the best Champagne I’ve ever tasted. After putting the kids down for bed, my wife and I cautiously poured a glass and began to sip. The next thing we know the spa was at a steamy 104 degrees and it was like we were newlyweds again. Thanks Henriot!
