Today on "Dan Dunn's Happy Hour" on SiriusXM's Stars Too, the lovely and extremely talented bartender Silamith Weir will be joining us for another installment of "Quintessential Cocktails." This week's must-drink libation is The Negroni, which Silamith will be preparing for me and my special guests, Ray Romano and Tom Caltabiano.
Here's the recipe:
1 1/2 ounces London dry gin
3/4 ounce Campari
3/4 ounce Italian vermouth
Glass Type: cocktail glass
Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
