This week's must-drink libation is The Negroni, which Silamith will be preparing for me and my special guests, Ray Romano and Tom Caltabiano.

THE NEGRONI
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces London dry gin
3/4 ounce Campari
3/4 ounce Italian vermouth
Glass Type: cocktail glass
Instructions
Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
